Turbine and Ball Pneumatic Vibrators

Pneumatic turbine and ball vibrators are fast starting rotary motion vibrators featuring threaded inlets and outlets that plumb exhaust Hair to other areas. This feature keeps noise down and contact surfaces clean. A turbine vibrator moves air through the body, driving an unbalanced wheel, while a ball vibrator moves air through the body to drive a steel ball around an internal track ring. Turbine vibrators are long-lived and maintenance-free, requiring no lubrication. Ball vibrators offer high frequency and resistance to high temperatures.

Common solenoid valves include GT, and K Series.

GT Pneumatic Turbine Vibrator

With GT series Rotary Turbine Vibrators vibration is generated by a turbine fitted with eccentric weights. The GT-type generates very low amplitude high frequency vibration. Higher speed than with ball-type roller-type rotary vibrators makes it high performance.

GT type is suitable lines, compacting, formwork, as well as aiding material flow in chutes. The force generated is higher than that of the ball-type, whereas operating noise is lower.

GT series Turbine Vibrators, which are manufactured from a yellow aluminum casing with a black cover, are available in twelve different sizes.

K Pneumatic Ball Vibrator

K series vibrators are simple ball vibrators that are designed to fit into smaller spaces. They are intended for continuous rough use and will work for a wide range of applications such as hoppers, bins, and chutes. They have threaded exhaust ports to seal the system and allow for cleaning, even during operation. Due to their materials, dried and cleaned air and lubrication are recommended to prolong service life.

R Pneumatic Roller Vibrator

The vibration force is generated by the rolling of the steel roller on the alloy raceway.

The metal end caps at both ends are shockproof and prevent dust and water. The shell has

horizontal mounting holes, which are suitable for different occasions.
