Turbine and Ball Pneumatic Vibrators
Pneumatic turbine and ball vibrators are fast starting rotary motion vibrators featuring threaded inlets and outlets that plumb exhaust Hair to other areas. This feature keeps noise down and contact surfaces clean. A turbine vibrator moves air through the body, driving an unbalanced wheel, while a ball vibrator moves air through the body to drive a steel ball around an internal track ring. Turbine vibrators are long-lived and maintenance-free, requiring no lubrication. Ball vibrators offer high frequency and resistance to high temperatures.
Common solenoid valves include GT, and K Series.
With GT series Rotary Turbine Vibrators vibration is generated by a turbine fitted with eccentric weights. The GT-type generates very low amplitude high frequency vibration. Higher speed than with ball-type roller-type rotary vibrators makes it high performance.
GT type is suitable lines, compacting, formwork, as well as aiding material flow in chutes. The force generated is higher than that of the ball-type, whereas operating noise is lower.
GT series Turbine Vibrators, which are manufactured from a yellow aluminum casing with a black cover, are available in twelve different sizes.

K series vibrators are simple ball vibrators that are designed to fit into smaller spaces.
